The teakwood selected by Plastimo comes from mountainous jungle areas of Asia, the only region in the world that grows 1st grade teakwood. Rotproof and sea-water resistant teakwood is perfectly adapted to marine use. Its rich smell and warm colour will add cosiness and authenticity to your boat. The teakwood is at least 30 years old before being transformed and dries for 3 years.

Maintenance:
Teak is an oily wood protected by its natural oil, to presereve the wood use a good quality teak oil.
