Portland Protractor
A Douglas type protractor. The top surface can be used to note the bearings being plotted. The scale (0-20) can be used in conjuction with the LAT & LONG. scales to mark a position on the chart.
Suitable for use:
- For measuring the direction of a line on a chart
- To draw a line at a given bearing
- To use as a parallel rule
- To use as a station pointer
