It has always been our policy to treat our customers the same way we ourselves like to be treated. These terms and conditions are given to outline what we consider common sense and to comply with the EC Distance Selling Directive. You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.

Our delivery processing is restricted to our working hours 9am to 12pm, Monday to Friday.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. This constitutes an offer by you, to us to purchase a product. The contract to supply will relate only to those products which we have dispatched.


We undertake to supply you with the goods described in these Web Pages. Unless we have specifically agreed otherwise, delivery will be as soon as possible (normally 3 to 5 working days) and not longer than 30 days.  Occasionally items are not immediately available, we will send as much of your order as we immediately can and dispatch the unavailable item, by the quickest means possible at no extra charge to you.

Product Descriptions and Images

We aim to be as accurate as possible. However we can not guarantee that any descriptions or images are error-free. Should you find something that is inaccurate, please contact us and we will remedy it as soon as possible.


If you have special delivery requirements (e.g. next day/Saturday delivery), please contact us for an estimate.
Guaranteed next day on small packages usually costs around £5.00.

Certain item’s, that are bulky or dangerous carry a delivery surcharge, this must still be paid even if standard delivery is free


We guarantee all our products as laid out by the respective manufacturers.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with the products you buy from us. If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged we will be happy to replace it and credit the postage costs to your account. If you prefer not to have a replacement we may offer you credit on your account here to spend on whatever you want. If, however, you do not wish to keep a product for some other reason, you should mail it back to us at your expense. It is important if posting something back to us via the Post Office that you obtain a free Certificate of Posting as this will be required if your package goes astray. It contains a unique reference number which should be quoted in the event of a problem with delivery. Goods requiring a refund will incur a processing charge of £2.00 and we reserve the right to levy a restocking fee on any goods replaced for reasons other than fault or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.

Faulty or damaged goods are determined by using the manufacturers guidelines. 

You should be aware that certain products we sell may require professional installation.

We cannot refund or credit for copyrighted items that can be easily copied; These items include software, books, videos, charts.  We will however be happy to replace them with the same item if they are defective.

We regret that we cannot offer refunds on goods that have been personalised, or altered to your specifications. This includes items such as rope or chain cut to a specific length, or engraved items.

Each item must include a copy of the receipt, a letter explaining the problem and the required action.


We are happy to accept payment by credit or debit card. Once payment has been received your order will be processed and dispatched. If you have any queries or problems with the payment system please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.


All prices are subject to alteration with no prior notice.

Special deal’s are strictly subject to availability.


VAT (Value Added Tax) will be charged on all applicable items, shipped to all appropriate areas. The VAT is clearly stated on each product page and will be included in your order price at the point at which you pay.


Whilst we do not have a complaints procedure, We take any complaint very seriously and would expect to contact you as soon as possible after a problem has been brought to our attention.

Law and Jurisdiction

Any contract for you have with us is governed by and has to be interpreted under the Law of England, and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We can not be held liable for any loss or damages caused directly or indirectly from this site.
