Rust Treatment:
- Conventional paint on rusted surfaces only hides the problem. Owatrol penetrates rust and reaches clean metal, expels moisture and uses the rust as a pigment. Loose rust, old loose paint, loose millscale or any oil and grease must be removed before starting treatment.
